Application Privacy Policy

This section details our privacy practices concerning your use of our Application(s) for Zendesk.

 

2. Data We Process and Why

To provide you with our Application and its services, we need to process certain information. We are committed to data minimization and only process what is necessary.

2.1. Information You Provide During Purchase. When you purchase a subscription to our Application, you provide information directly to our secure merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. This includes:

  • Your Name

  • Your Email Address

  • Your Billing Address and Country

We do not see, collect, or store your credit card information. All payment data is securely handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive transactional data from Lemon Squeezy (such as your name, email, and subscription status) which we need for account management, invoicing, and support.

2.2. Information We Access via the Zendesk API. For the Application to function, it needs to interact with your Zendesk account. When you install and use the Application, we may access:

  • Your Zendesk User ID, Name, and Email

  • Your Zendesk Account Name and Subdomain

This information is used solely to identify your account, provide the Application's features, and link your Zendesk user profile to your subscription status.

2.3. Information from Support Requests. When you contact us for support regarding the Application, we store the content of those communications (including your email address and any information you provide) within our support system.

3. Our Third-Party Data Processors

We use trusted third-party services to provide our Application. These companies are our "Data Processors."

  • Zendesk: The platform that hosts our Application and provides the API through which we deliver our service.

  • Lemon Squeezy: Our merchant of record that securely handles all payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management.

  • Vercel: The platform that hosts our Application's backend infrastructure.

  • Neon DB: Our database provider where we securely store Application data.

 

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for legitimate and essential business purposes.

  • Transactional Data: Information related to your subscriptions is retained by us and Lemon Squeezy as required by international tax and financial law.

  • Application & Support Data: Your account information and support communications are retained while your subscription is active and for a period of up to three (3) years after it ends to facilitate reactivation and handle any follow-up inquiries.

 

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & Other Regulations)

You have rights concerning your personal data. You have the right to:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Rectification: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Erasure (Deletion): Request that we delete your personal data. Please note that we may be required by law to retain certain transactional information.
